I'm a Massage Therapist , always looking for music that helps my clients to reach a depth of deep relaxation. This music is wonderful all the way through. Not all so called "relaxation music" is. Many of Steven Halperns' other CD's are good too.

I got this CD about a year ago and didn't listen to it much at first because I have other CDs to help me sleep, but I kept coming back to this one. It helps me relax and I believe the subliminal messages are helping me be less anxious and more confident in myself & what I can do, replacing the negative "tapes" with positive messages. I love this CD and highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax, calm their mind, and get ready to sleep. Like many of the others, I often go to sleep while the CD is still on.

This CD was not as relaxing as I had hoped. The melody and rhythm were a little disjointed or strident at times.
