I have problems with insomnia and I use meditation and new age music to help calm my mind and induce sleep. This has become my favorite CD for this purpose, and I have tried many.

This music is very nice to listen to after a hectic day and I plan on making use of it when I finish school and have my license to practice Massage Therapy. It doesn't overdo anything, it's a perfect balance of sounds and really reaches inside and calms me down. I would highly recommend this to anyone whether they want to use it for themselves, business or both.

There are ringing bell sounds either 2x or 3x within the later part of the cd that I think are out of place for the overall feeling. Every time I hear them I think of the children's books with audio tapes that ring a bell to instruct the child to turn the page. I'm disappointed none of the reviews (that I read) mentioned this and the samples don't contain them...otherwise its a wonderful cd.
