Being a working mom, I value any moment of relaxation I can find. Steve Halpern is a genious when it comes to creating music that helps me clear my mind. This CD makes it easy and fills me with a sense of serenity. I also found a CD that does the same thing for my daughter. I put Music for Healing on for meIndigo Dreams: Kids Relaxation Music Decreasing Stress, Anxiety and Anger, improve sleep. and my daughter puts Indigo Dreams:Kid's Relaxation Music on and we both de-stress in our own musical haven.

If you have insomnia, this CD will put you to sleep. Unlike other CD's I've purchased for sleep, this one does not wake me up in the middle with a selection that starts out on a louder note than the last one ended. And the relaxing tempo stays constant throughout, though truthfully, I've never stayed awake long enough to hear the end. If anyone knows of any other CD's that work great for sleep, please let me know. Thank you.

Originally I purchased this CD for relaxation, balance and healing.
However I found it relaxes me so much I fall asleep. So now I turn it on
before retiring for the night. I'm not certain I've ever heard the entire
CD. It really helps me feel more at peace and very rested. Love it, love it!!

I'm using this CD to fall asleep at night and relax. A great benefit is the healing subliminal messages. Have been using it for a few weeks and feel it has reduced my stress level and enhanced the quality of rest. I feel much better and I'm breathing easier.
