My yoga teacher in Boulder used tracks from this CD extensively in his yoga classes. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this CD! It quiets the mind guides you to an amazing place whether your practice is yoga, or quiet contemplation.

I think an aquired taste for some but if you listen if you sit back and listen to closely you will definetly love.

For what it is, a meditation CD, this is a perfect offering. The lady's voice is incredibly beautiful, the melodies are haunting and uplifting, and the significance behind the words is both meaningful and calming. Though it is definitely repetitious, mantras sung over and over, I have listened to it probably 50 times so far, know the words by heart, can sing the harmonies to her tracks, all levels, and find it lends to repeated hearing. I first heard it played very softly at my yoga class, and it caught my attention enough that I asked about the artist, then ordered the CD for myself. I love it. I come back to it again and again, for stress relief, for the energy boost that comes from the music but also upon consideration of the meanings. It's lovely, a blessing. The production values are superb, the musicianship lush and complementary. Wish I could sing with her live.
Get this CD if you value your sanity.

this cd has been out for a whilenow and i finally broke down and bought my own copy. the first three tracks,and the last one, are the best in my opinion. I am glad I added this to my collection. Her voice is beautiful and I can use this in my yoga classes.
